We were supposed to stay there for several days. But the service was so bad that we requested to leave early. Housekeeping was terrible. We complained to management several times. but there was a new problem everyday. We felt like our service should have been superb since we were staying in the penthouse. We moved to another hotel during our stay in Puerto Rico.

My wife and I stayed in the penthouse. Housekeeping was terrible! We were going to stay for 5 days, but we requested to leave after 2 days. They tried to charge us for all 5 days even though we were not going to be staying there. We finally came to an agreement. I just thought our service should have been better staying in the penthouse.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very pleased with the services rendered. The breakfast area was clean and very cozy. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. We highly recommend it. Would stay there again.

Although rooms with two beds are small, I would definitely stay here again. Excellent location, friendly atmosphere and staff, very clean, good breakfast, has parking; however, you do not need a car, bus stops are nearby and it is easy to get a taxi, several excellent restaurants and cafes nearby.

I must tell you I was a little worried of how our stay was going to be since we were there during the Spring Break of the rest of the world it seemed like. The staff there were extremely helpful yet never were in the way. They were helpful if you needed them but otherwise left you alone as you wished. The hotel has some beautiful paintings on the inside and is lay out in an old Spanish design that is so refreshing form the standard American hotel fare. I loved this hotel and will definitely return!!! The only bad thing is apparently I'm allergic to the air conditioning!!! I would wake up with itchy eyes in the mornings if the A/C was on.

My stay at the Coral Princess was just like being at home. The staff are friendly, the rooms are VERY clean. Unfortunately, it was raining all day long, but the view from the 3rd floor balcony was just beautiful. You also have access to the Penthouse where you can enjoy the Jacuzzi and play a couple of games at the "pool table" which was very nice since it was raining like crazy outside, but through it all it was very comforting, can't wait to go back.

Our stay at the Coral Princess Inn in Condado was great. The room was very clean, although small. The courtyard area and patio were lovely and we enjoyed breakfast there in the morning. It is a short walk to restaurants, shopping area, and a beautiful beach. You can rent chairs at the beach, or take towels. Bus stops nearby, and the staff was very helpful in explaining which buses to take. The area also seemed safe. We would recommend it highly-a very good value.

We spent our honeymoon in the suite at the Inn two years ago and plan to return again in the spring. The service was exceptional. The rooms were clean, we had a complimentary breakfast every morning, and staff were very helpful giving us the "hot spots" in the area for dining, site seeing etc. If you're looking for a romantic getaway just within walking distance from a beautiful beach, I recommend the Coral Princess Inn. They made me feel like a princess!

My experience at the Princess Coral Inn in Condado was great. The staff made us feel so at home and welcome. We really enjoyed our stay in Puerto Rico. The food and culture was superb. Access to transportation was great. I loved that the hotels location was connected to the beach as well as the restaurants. The hotel was so clean you could have eaten off the floors. All of the employees were exceptional and informative about things to do and places to go. There was no guess work on our part. Coral Princess Inn is highly recommended in my book. I will be spreading the word about how comfortable we were made to feel.
